A unique 2 part class to develop your dogs confidence and manners around other dogs, while teaching you pet some amazing tricks along the way!
Part 1 of the class is centred around socialisation and is designed for dogs to interact with each other in a friendly and comfortable manner. Handlers will learn how to read their dogs body language (and the approaching Dog's body language) and learn how to "get out" of trouble before it happens.
Part 2 of the class is really about having some fun with your furry buddy! Teach your dog some amazing tricks and strenghten the bond with your dog. Tricks are taught under a moderate level of distraction. Teaching your dog some new tricks which will help improve the dogs problem solving skills (giving them mental stimulation) and build their confidence.
Each week we work on:
- Loose Leash Walking
- Walk bye's / Fly bye's
- Emergency u-turns - getting out of trouble
- Focus on handler
- Food Refusal / impulse control
- "Go say Hi" - a cue to meet another dog
- Leash dance - handlers being pro-active with dogs interaction
- "Look at that" - your dog looks at another dog, without reacting (neutral)
- "Find It" - a cue to ignore other dogs
- C/T - introduction to Clicker Training
Working under the dogs threshold, some dogs like (or need) more space than others.
Our techniques are every day life skills, teaching the dog that he can trust us to keep them safe.
Time and Date Every Wednesday @ 7:30pm and every Sunday @ 11:30am.

Price $20 per class or $110 for 6 weeks.
Important Information
No classes are held on public holidays. Scheduling information will be provided to you in advance.
Unwell dogs are not permitted on the training grounds
Entire (un-desexed) females in season (heat) are not permitted on the training grounds
Training is held outside under lights. Training will continue in light rain (dogs have to live with rain, so can their humans!)
Please bring your dogs vaccinations records for their first class.
Please no retractable leads, they are bulky.
No chain leads or bungee leads for training, they are not practical.
